In general sense, child right is such an entitlement, which a state should ensure for children. A state should be responsible for child right because they are future stars of a country.
If we talk about misuse of child labour we can say that poverty or ignorance and cruel thinking of people is the root cause behind neglecting child right.
If you want to mention about kinds of child right, we have to refer to natural jobs of a child. When a child takes birth, he has some natural rights such as rights of sucking his mother’s breast and eating foods, right to play, gain knowledge naturally. So, his parents and guardians must provide child right. Every mother should be barred or banned from his natural child right. They mustn’t be kept as servant like an animal. If a couple isn’t able to make natural right available, they needn’t have a child.
The present condition of child right in our country is very bad. On the one hand, many journalists write about child right and many leaders give speeches about child right. However, many children are living in streets. Thousands of embryos of child are being aborted every year. If you have a little knowledge to think, do not they have right to take birth on earth?
In my view, the state should make rules in favour of children and strictly implement throughout the country. The family planning should be taken compulsory and abortion should be banned.
Every parent should be aware of the child right. Keeping a child as servant should be made illegal. Their child right should ensure and child labour should be banned.
