As we all know, physical health is important in one's life. Like so, mental health is also as important as physical health. Mental health, a serious topic in today's generation. There are many factors of mental health. As we all know, mental health means the health related to one's thinking capacity, on how they view the world and on how their life is going on. Nowadays, many people are suffering with their mental health mainly because this generation just has many problems in their life. Today, in 21st century there are many new technologies which is regarded as the modern era. As, today there is a lot of new technologies young teens usually compare themselves with the figure they see online, which has usually led a negative impact on their life and which has led to different mental health problems like anxiety and depression. Mental health affects a teen's physical health too. This hampers their study and makes it uneasy for them to do even the simplest things. Not only teens, many adults as well as old people suffer in their mental health. Adults, an adult who work all the time feel like a burden and like they are not enough. Even when they are working, the thoughts of 'why am I not enough?' wanders their brain which makes it hard for them to concentrate in their job. An old person, we may think it is easier for an old person since they don't seem to have anything going on in their life. But, as a person grows old, the people around them will also be growing old. At this point in our life, there is a gem of life or death. While, they grow old and are suffering with their physical health. Their loved one's start to die which plays a very negative impact on their mental health. As mentioned above, teens, adults, an ole person all suffer a little problem in their own life. Maybe it's because of today's generation? Or maybe this is life. Life is always up or down and will always be like this. We must be strong and handle all the problem life throws at us. No matter the age, mental health affects everyone. So, as we normalize our physical health, we must also learn to normalize our mental health and teach young to old to be satisfied with their own life. We as humans, never have enough. If we are poor, we think 'why can't we be rich?' or 'why is money a problem?' If we are rich, we always wander about more money and a proper relation with a family. Humans have a nature of complaining so we must try our best to just let go of all the things we have been holding in. We must learn to control our action which will make us happy and satisfied with our own life. We must learn to be happy in the little things in life rather than focusing on big problems to live a happy and fulfilled life. We must try our best to live this life with a smile in our face. At last, I like to say that, "Let's normalize mental health as we normalize our physical health and give importance to our mental health."
