Harry Potter is a series of seven fantasy movies written by British author J.K. Rowling. The movie is a series of many genres, including fantasy, drama, coming-of-age fiction and the British school's story. (Which includes elements of mystery, thriller, adventure, horror and romance)
In the first movie, Harry Potter and the philosopher's stone, a boy named Harry lives in a cupboard under the stairs in the house of his aunt, uncle and cousin who are called Dursleys. At the age of Harry discovers that he is a wizard by meeting a half-giant named Hagrid who invites him to attend the Hogwarts School of witchcraft and wizardry.
Harry then learns that as a baby, his parents were murdered by the dark wizard Lord Voldemort. When Voldemort attempted to kill Harry, his curse rebounded and Harry survived with a lightning-shaped scars on his forehead. Then Harry becomes a student at Hogwarts and is sorted into Gryffindor House. He gains the friendships of Ron Weasley, a member of a large red-heads but poor wizarding family and Hermione
Granger, a witch of non-magical or Muggle (non-magical people) parentage. He then encounters the school's Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, Quirinus Quirrell who turns out to be allied with Lord Voldemort. Lord Voldemort is on a quest to regain a body. Years to gain the power of the Philosopher's Stone, a substance that bestows everlasting life.
Lord Voldemort then tries to sabotage and kill Harry with many plots. But soon after in Harry Potter and the Goblet of fire, two of Voldemort followers, wizard Peter Pettigrew and the snake Nagini, mixes up a potion for Voldemort using unicorn blood and the venom of Nagini to help him regain his body. Ever since Lord Voldemort regained his body, he has been a threat to not only the world of witches and wizards, but also the muggles. In order to stop this mess, Harry and Voldemort decides a battle against each other. At last, with a lot of learning, struggling and plots, Harry did win the battle by killing Lord Voldemort. In the end, Harry and Ginny (Ron Weasley's younger sister) are married with three children and Ron and Hemione are married with two children.
Many of us may already have seen or even heard of this movie. I have watched all the 8 movies of Harry Potter and I don't regret watching this movie at all. This movie is by far one of the best movies I have watched till now. The characters, the plots, the scenes, the romance, the acting, the script and everything is amazing about this movie. I have already watched this movie for more than 3 or 4 times already.
My favorite movie out of all the 8 movies of Harry Potter was "Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban". Because he got to reunite with his dead father's old friends and he sees them as his own fathers. And if you prefer reading instead of watching movie, there are 7 novels where you can read peacefully in library or in your room. But if you're a movie geek like me, you could probably watch in in free time. I personally recommend you watching this movie if you haven't watched it till now. And if you have already watched it and really like it, you can also watch "The Chronicles of Narnia." It is also a fantasy and adventurous movie.
